Opening remarks: Welcome everyone. Tonight I want you to feel God's hugs around you. Feel the warmth and love.

Intentions:
Holy One, fill us with your wild love that we may embrce and protect each other, those living at the margins and the natural world.
RESPONSE: Fill us with your love.
Holy One, reconnect us to our compassion that we may extend our arms to those who need our help in these challenging days.
RESPONSE: Fill us with your love.
Holy One, help us reorder our society in justice and peace for women and men of all races, abilities, and sexual orientations.
RESPONSE: Fill us with your love.
Holy One, soothe our frazzled spirits, calm our troubled minds, and strengthen our weary bodies that we may better face the challenges of the coming days.
RESPONSE: Fill us with your love.
Holy One, remind us of the joy and pleasure to be found both in nature and in each other.
RESPONSE: Fill us with your love. AMEN.
Closing Prayer:
Remember the Holy One is with you. Bring to mind this loving presence with you and around you as you pray the following using hand motions:
Touch your fingertips to your forehead saying:
Open my mind to remember your presence.
Touch your fingertips to your mouth, saying:
Open my mouth to speak your wisdom.
Touch your fingertips to your heart, saying:
Open my heart to extend your love.
Hold both hands out to open your palms, saying:
Open my hands to serve you generously,
Outstretch your arms as wide as possible saying:
Open my whole being to you.
Fold your arms around yourself and
Feel God's Hug.
